Everything below lives on the Subscription page in your Chatty admin. It needs the billing permission, so ask your store owner if you cannot open it.

Your usage counter resets at the start of each 30-day billing cycle. Unused conversations do not roll over.
Extra conversations during your trial
When you start a 7-day trial, Basic adds 100 bonus AI conversations and Pro adds 300 on top of the plan allowance. Chatty spends the plan allowance first, then the bonus, so you can test the AI properly without triggering an overage charge. Bonus conversations left over when the trial ends are not carried forward.

Is there still a free plan available?
Yes, our free plan will continue to be available with its current features.
How much do the paid plans cost?

What exactly is counted as 1 AI conversation?
An AI conversation is a complete interaction between a customer and your AI agent, from first message to resolution. It is counted once, when the chat ends.
- Messages are not counted. A customer who sends 20 messages still uses 1 conversation.
- It only counts if the AI answered from your own content — a product, FAQ, scenario, page, file, discount or size guide. A reply where the AI found nothing does not count.
- Welcome messages, conversation starters, handover forms and system messages never count.
- A proactive chat the customer never replied to does not count, and neither does a visitor blocked as spam.
- One customer counts once per 24 hours. If they reset the chat or come back the same day, it is still the same single conversation.

Will there be a trial period for the paid features?
We offer a 7-day free trial for any paid plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.
Will I lose access to the features I'm currently using for free? If no, what are free features?
These following features will be limited in Chatty free version:
- Chatbox customization: default preset only, no chatbox logo
- Auto translation: not available
- Chat history: 90 days
- Email: 1 email address
- Shopping cart view: not available
Are there any discounts for long-term subscriptions?
Yes. Annual billing saves around 15% compared to monthly. We also run seasonal deals — open the app to see the offer available to your store.
How to apply a discount code?
Go to Subscription → In Discount code, insert your code and click Apply.
What happens to my existing data and settings if I don't upgrade?
Your settings and data will be safe.
Will my chat history be affected if I don't upgrade?
Your chat history will be removed if it more than 90 days.
Can I have a refund?
Yes, you can. We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee (30 days from the start of your free trial), which applies for the following circumstances:
- You do not wish to continue the subscription after the first month
- You cancel the paid plan before the first circle ends
- You forget cancel trial period or have accidentally choose the paid plan without using it in the first month
What happens if I exceed the monthly AI conversation limit?
- Free plan users: AI assistant will be deactivated. You can still handle conversations manually in Inbox.
- Paid plan users: Additional AI conversations will be automatically charged according to your plan’s overage rates.
Does unused AI usage carry over to the next month?
No. Unused AI conversations do not roll over. Your usage counter resets at the start of each billing cycle. Check the AI conversation billing summary on the Subscription page to pick the right plan for your volume.
What happens if my store exceeds the product limit?
If your store exceeds the product limit for your plan, only the most recently added products will be used by the AI assistant.
You can upgrade to a higher plan with an increased product limit.
