It lets you create personalized marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and purchase history.

This integration helps sync customer data and chat interactions between Chatty and Klaviyo.

How to integrate Klaviyo
Go to Integrations
Get access to Chatty admin → Click Settings from the navigation → Go to Integrations
Go to Klaviyo
In "Klaviyo", click Manage
Install Klaviyo
Click Connect. (Klaviyo account is required for this step.)
Approve app permission
You'll be redirected to the Klaviyo review screen:
- Click Continue
- Select Chatty
- Check app permission and click Allow
Sync data
By clicking Connect, this integration syncs the following customer data to Klaviyo:
- Contact information (name, email, phone, location, type)
- Tags
- Number of conversations
- Last chat timestamps (when last chat ends and start)
