#### Set up forwarding email in Chatty 

(If you have already connected your email, skip this step.)

Add an email address as a forwarding email in Chatty to receive form submissions.

1. From Chatty, go to **Channels**
2. Click **Add email**
3. Add your email as forwarding email
4. Click **Send verification email** to confirm

#### Open the form you want to connect

#### Paste email in form settings

* Open form builder
* Click **Mail**
* Add the email you set up in Chatty as the form notification email

#### Manage form conversations

When a customer submits a form, Chatty automatically creates a conversation in your inbox.

Each form submission:

* Creates a new conversation with the customer's profile
* Captures customer information from the form (name, email, phone)
* Shows form content as the first message
* Allows you to reply directly to the customer from Chatty inbox

**Note:** Form notification emails won't create duplicate conversations in your inbox.
